My mother is in country on GC for the last 3 yrs out of which she has sent 10 months or so in home country on visits. Due to her health concern she HAS to travel to India asap. she is leaving in 10 days and her health might not allow her to come back for some time.
I know we should apply for 131 but that takes 5-8 weeks and her health just not allow it. She has to leave in few days. What are our options? What can she do in India to keep her GC in case it takes 1yr+ for her to recuperate.
