unique situation, I140 approved

Gurus,
I had I-140 approved with company A. I got laid off but 140 was not withdrawn. I am with company B. I have an offer from A, If I go back to A with the same job duties and the same location. Is it possible to use the same I-140 or I have to apply again in PERM ?

If company is offering you similar job/title/salary it should be fine and you don't need to start from scratch.
