I work for a India based consulting company. I recently have H1 transfer approved by company B and planning to join them soon. My current company will stop my salary for the current month and will not pay my vacation encashments. Can I take vacation from my current employer and join company B? I want to send them a resignation letter when I use up all the vacation and get my salary for the current month. Can it create any problem for future GC processing, because there will be an overlap of employment dates, means I joined company B even before leaving company A. Is this legal?
