Unique problem....Need help urgent !!!!!

This is my unique case...


my Alien number # in EAD and another person in usa both has
same Alien number. So my GC is in problem.
do you know how to correct this problem ?

not only Alien # even our social number is also same.

can you believe it.

The reason it happen because we both have same first name
last name and date of birth.

Any suggestion is appreciate.

I filed my EAD online and I called customer service for biometric appontment but they are not giving me appointment because of same A #. so GC and EAD both are stuck.

Suggest me some idea how to solve this case.

Really a unique problem. What does your lawyer say?

I think your top priority should be to get your SSN fixed first. What do others think?
 
Very Strange!.. I am wondering how you both (!) can manage to get credit card, loan, etc etc in these past years????.
Have you ever checked your credit history in these past years???.

First fix your SSN ...

More interestingly, How did you find out?

I suggest you contact a lawyer as anyone of you changes SS# etc is going to be affected
 
god please help

SS # will not change easily i think because ss # is base on A#.

Lawyer wrote letter but god knows when it will solve this problem.
