Hi,
I was employed by a company on my OPT few months ago and then I have applied for my H1b which got approved eventually. But later our company was acquired by another firm and now the name of our company has been changed, not to forget to mention that the company's adrress and my position title remain the same.
Now, is it required on my behalf, report to the INS about this new development or do I need to follow any specific procedure for me to remain on status? And, will there be any problems when I go for my H1b stamping?
Any suggestion in this matter would be of great help to me.
