Unheard RFE for labor substitution case

Mine is a labor substitution case. I have an unheard RFE, I would like to share with all.
At the time of 140 filing, my company submitted Form750 A and B and Labor approval notice for the original Labor. Now I have a RFE related to that.
In this RFE I have been asked to submit form 750B for myself. Form 750 B is the description of my job responsibilities.
The reason for this RFE, I would guess is that, besides the experience letters they want to have the statement of my roles/responsibilities/and experience in the form of 750B.

My company is sending the response. I’ll share the outcome when available.

An advice to substitute filers- Please send Form 750B for yourself too along with the application.

This is very common RFE.. nothing to be worried... just send your detail at 750B as you described in the experience letter.

There is nothing new about this. In a labor subst case, your attorney is required to submit a 750B for your self as well. Looks like this was missed during application and this is what USCIS is asking.

Well you never heard about this because this is basic documentation that is required to be submitted as per USCIS guidelines in a labor substitution case. It looks like your attorney screwed up .. I would be careful with such a attorney ...
 
Question on ETA750B

My 140/485/ead/AP papers were filed last week with labor substitution, but as per my knowledge i didnt sign any ETA750B form.

can the attorney apply directly ETA750B on behalf on me.

In case he missed filing that, can we send the ETA750B form to USCIS ahead, so that it wouldnt cause RFE/Delays at time of adjudication?

My attorney is on vacation could'nt reach him.

Please advise per your knowledge
