Unfair Share For Faster Immigration Processing

THE MONEY FOR IMMIGRATION PROCESSING BUDGET IS UNFAIR

  A $500 mil. budget is announced to improve immigartion processing for next 5 years.
  This is a joke.
  H1-Bs alone are paying 10 billion dollars in federal tax(assuming 500,000 H1-Bs , each paying $20000 in
  taxes per year on an average)
  Over teh five years this is 50 billion
  (Roughly).
  Considering this much contribution to government, we are not getting fare share of very important issue for
  us -- more money for faster application processing. Comments?

I agree that $500 mil is a small amount for 5 years. I would be very happy if they spent more on INS and get my GC done today.

But the way you compare it is not correct. You make it sound like INS is the only federal service we use.
