Employment based, RD 7/2003. I am the petitioner.
Transferred to Chicago USCIS 9/8/2004
RFE 9/23/2004
RFE Sent back 10/15/2004
USCIS issued AOS interview notice for my wife on 10/15/2004. Due to address change, received on 10/22/2004. Scheduled date 11/17/2004. No appointment notice for me.
Consulted the attorney and they suggested we reschedule for both to be interviewed on the same date. They will send a mail to Chicago local office for rescheduling.
What to do next? Will Chicago USCIS reschedule and send new appointment notice for both of us before 11/17/2004? If not, shall we still go for the interview? How possible will USCIS interview me at the same time if we request. My attorney said I can't just go with my wife and ask for interview on that date.
Please advise if you know similar cases.
