I had my EAD and had great jobs when I had the ability to be employed in the US however my EAD now is expired and cant be renewed, Can I claim unemployment benefits while I'm waiting for my case to be approved? Thanks for your help.

That might have sounded funny to you but when you hit rock bottom and the government is delaying your documents and you have a new born and no job and nothing you can do, that doesn't turn out to be funny
