I was working on H1-B with my firm, and gotten EAD/AP and I485 is pending.
And my firm shut down recently. (Shut down operationally, legally name is still in existence)
(1) So if I were to take up my next job using EAD, is it ok to stay unemployed a couple of months until I get my next job.
(2)If I were to want to take up a job on H1 itself, I guess I have to make it quick. Assuming I am taking up a full time job, Based on the cases these days, can you guys give your opinion, (a guess is fine), as to how much of time without paystubs I can get away with, when I file my H1 transfer.
