I just want to confirm this quickly:
You can get Unemployment Benefits if you have a GC...
BUT... INS can prevent you from re-entering the US on that basis???
There appear to be no issues with getting Citizenship, but the above issue really makes it prohibitive to apply for unemployemnt!!
Any ideas???
