I am petitioning my mother and need to file affidavit of support (I-864) at this time. I am receiving unemployment compensation, so I am using my household member's salary to comply with poverty guidelines. As far as I understand my unemployment compensation can be counted as income also. Here come questions:
1. What should I put in Q. 23 (my current individual annual income)? Should I put the number of income I am getting from unemployment or put zero if in Q 22 I put unemployed?
2. What supporting documents should I provide for I-864 (beside taxes) if I am receiving unemployment benefits to prove that I am really receiving them?
