Unemployement Benefits

Recently I got laid off from my company, I got my EAD and my 180 days have also been completed, I never swtiched my status to EAD, when I was laid off I was on H-1B, am I eligible for unemployment benefits

I don't think its good idea to apply for unemployement benefit.
Unless you receive plastic card its better not to take any of such benefits. This could create problems.
