Hi,
This August as all of you may know, the F2A category became current.
Unfortunately, when i concurrently filed my I-485 with the I-765,
I also attached payment for the I-765 which should not be if you
also filed and paid for I-485. What does the lockbox do with these kinds
of mistakes? Fyi, I wrote separate checks for I-485 and I-765. If they
reject the whole packet, will the original filing date remain the same?
I'm scared that if i refile and I crossover September that my category
might retrogress. Please help! Im having sleepless nights and stressful
days because of this.
