Undocumented Employment History (DS-230) Question?

Hi,

I have a quick qeustion here.
My wife has being working for some time as aerobics instructor in one friend's gym.
It was more as helping there and she does not have any official documents or contracts or so.
Does she need to put this work experience in DS-230, Question 22?

Is she the winner? If yes: does she have an equivalent of a highschool degree and therefore qualifies for the greencard through education? If yes, there is no need for any documentation about jobs. If she's the winner and she doesn't have the necessary education, then she has to qualify through her job experience (which is a lot harder), then she would need some documentation (if that job would be good enough to fulfill the qualifications).

if your wife was working with check and had a social security and she filled tax during this year than they will know that she was working illigaly but if she was working under the table and she did not got cut no need for u to include that working experience in forms that s a red flag for them wach out men. good luck

I think Assaad is right. No need to include undocumented employment, if you have the education.
I don't think she had done something illegal - there are many people who had worked like this in our country. Though on the other side it might be not 100% legal. I don't know.
We'll play safe. No documents - not in the forms.
