Undocumented alien entering DV lotto

My visa expired 10 years ago when I was a minor. I have the educational requirements and my native country by birth is eligible to enter.
My father recently received his GC but his name is not on my birth certificate. (I guess I would have to get a DNA testing)

Can I still go ahead and enter the DV2010 or there is no chance for me?

All advice would be appreciated.
