Understanding turnaround times for I-130 for parents

Hi I am a USC and I filed for my parents 130 with a priority date of April 11, 2013 - they are Pakistani Citizens and outside the US.

How do I calculate the expected time to approval for their cases.

Is there a link that outlines the major milestones and what type of documents I need to get ready (tax returns, paystubs, etc.).

First the I-130 needs to be approved. That should take about 3-6 months.

After I-130 approval, the case will be forwarded to a consulate, and you and your parents will need to file additional forms and arrange the medical and fingerprinting and interview. That's about another 3-6 months.
