UNDERSTANDING I485 QUESTIONS 12 AND 15

I am trying to fill out my I-485 form and I am having some trouble understanding Part 1. question 12 and question 15 on the latest version of the form. So for question 12, it asks for "Expiration Date of Authorized Stay Shown on Form I-94" and for question 15 it asks, "Expiration date of current immigration status". Please help me understand if there is a difference between these two answers or if its the same thing.
