Underground market for battered women photographs !!??

I don\'t even have a clue, but am beginning to suspect that perhaps there is an underground market in battered women photographs. The reason I suspect this is my wife\'s lawyer is threatening to "show" these photos to the divorce trial judge and demanding an exessive amount in spousal support in return. I know for a fact that I did not hurt my wife, so either she faked her injuries or "procured" these alleged "photos" from someone or somewhere !! She stands to lose her Green Card because of the impending divorce and so "battered woman status" is the only way to go for her!! Has anyone had any such experiences or can anyone offer me any suggestions here ?

If your wife already has her green card, she would not lose it just because she divorces you.

If she has photographic evidence of your abuse and has not acquired a green card: shame on you. Her attorney will take care of getting her a GC.

Other than that, you need a GOOD divorce attorney, not this forum (whether or not the photos really exist).
