I am curious/worried:-
under what circumstances/pre-conditions/regulations does the i-485 get transferred to local INS office? How does Service Center decide that the case be transferred to Local INS Office.
Can the case be transferred from a Local office to another local office if i get transferred/move ?
I am in miami but may move to atlanta-if case transfers to miami then processing time is approx 350 days ..if atlanta then 1000 days.. if philadelphia then 80 days!!
Just wondering what my i-485 future looks like and Waiting for your reply guru\'s - has anyone have such experience as multiple case transfers?
