UNDELIVERABLE permanent residency card

Hello:
My permanent resideny card was mailed to my address about 2 months ago and then it was reported as "returned by the post office as undeliverable", even though I receive all my other mail and did not change address.
I called the National Customer Service and they submitted some information for redelivery, but nothing has happened for more than a month. I called again, but still the same...
Should I apply for a replacement card? It usually is very fast to issue a new card.
Thank you.

Did you check the address that NCSC has on file for you ? Go and inform the post office also that you r mail was sent back, they might be able to tell you something.

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I went to the local USCIS and they told me that they had my address wrong in their system, and sent an email to the service center regarding the issue. But, this was 3 weeks ago, and no news yet (They have not updated the case status saying the card was redelivered). I also went to the post office and let them know about the problem.
I thought maybe applying for a replacement card would be better then just waiting because the card issue process is very fast nowadays.

Try to send letter to TSC notify the address issue in their system, hope it would help. but do use ur attorney to send not personaly. it does make difference

I am recalling my painful memory when in 140 case, letter issued with zero typo on envlope , same address issue and returened as undelvered, learned online that letter was issued after a month of painful waiting, and calling dozens of time to attorney I was learned that they never received, than decided to do somthing after many struggle attorney call and sent letter, and they even didn't correct the 'zero' typo on envlope but but all they did they wrote ('clerk- hand writting address') and sent the new letter including old undelvered envp to my personal OLD ADDRESS directly, at that time 140 address was not updated and the lady who was living on that address was very kind to give me somehow, God only knows it was reached to me finally.

Good LUck

Thanks for the reply, that is actually what my lawyer told me. They will be sending a letter to the service center requesting a redelivery.
But, I have also heard from a friend's lawyer that redelivery does not work all the times, and I may endup waiting for a long long time, and it's best if I could apply for a replacement card. This seemed like a good idea, but I am afraid that it could make the matter more complicated.
Any advice??
Thanks.

That form is to make inquiry about the card. I am not really sure if I have to use this because I already know (from the case status web site) that the card was returned to the service center and is waiting for redelivery. Plus, when I went to the local USCIS office the officer di not mention this.
