Undeliverable EAD Returned to TSC by USPS.

I and my wife's 4th EAD's were approved on Aug 16th. My wifes was returned as underliverable two times now. I spoke with IO several times and took infopass twice. No luck. No interim EAD(Not anymore at the Local Offices, I guess). Also there is no document that says this application is approved. Just faxed a letter to TSC.

My wife might get a new job offer. All she has now is the Old expired EAD and the receipt for this EAD. Wondering if anybody had to deal with approved EAD but delayed mail. I am not so sure how to deal with the situation.

We are waiting for our 5th Advance Parole document since it was approved by USCIS on September 13th 2007. Spoke to TSC IO several times with no result...visited local USCIS office with no result. contacted local congressmen office with no result yet.....
everybody says document was sent to us and is not returned to USCIS undelivered.....
i don't know what to do now...

can you share TSC FAX number....

Forget the GC...at least send the EAD. In my case change the address properly damn it.

Sucking 1000 bucks every year with terrible customer service. There is no excuse for this especially with the kind of revenues they are generating.
 
What's online status? If you have the card production ordered message, she can take that print out and show it as proof I guess. Atleast it is a good try.
My spouse got the card production ordered message online today on 127 days pending EAD renewal, after visiting infopass officer second time and explaining him about the difficulty raising the toddler without job etc.(although my spouse continued working without EAD for three weeks as the employer did not demand not to work if the EAD is still pending).

In your case, if they received the returned EAD, they can send it again immediately, if you explain problems to infopass officer. If they are convinced, they have the power to directly contact TSC and get the work done same day. They may not order duplicate EAD for misusage reasons, but in your case they can send you the same EAD back.

Current Status: Card returned by the post office as undeliverable.

On November 27, 2007, the post office returned our last notice as undeliverable. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address.

If it was old job...no problem...she could just keep working. New place would ask for some document :mad:

The same EAD was returned back 2 times. At Infopass I got the same IO both times... Extremely Rude. I did not even utter a single word yet she was bitchy.
