Hi,
I ckeck my boy\'s case (RD May 22, ND July 23) status message said " On Nov 6, undeliberable document returned to office". I called to talk CSC operators, they didn\'t know what the document was, and said all were fine, in processing. Since my boy is under 8, doesn\'t need FP. My case and my wife\'s are \'processing resumed on Dec 29\'.
Any wrong with "undeliverable document", what further I can check/inqury?
