my uncle(mom\'s brother) who has filled for my parents green card long time ago has now received I-864 form. i have quite a few question, short but simple.. hoping someone can help me out here. thanks a million.
1)how soon should they expect an interview call.
2)if they arrive on visit visa to US but their interview call has yet not come, within six months can they apply for adjustment of status.
3)Off the 3 forms which one do they have to fill?
a)I-864-A (CONTRACT BETWEEN SPONSOR AND HOUSEHOLD MEMBER)
b)I-865 (SPONSOR\'S NOTICE OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS)
c)DS-3032 (CHOICE OF AGENT AND ADDRESS)
4)the law that was suppose to pass where children who have crossed the age of 21 loose out on the green card, but since while filling for it, the children were in their teens. Did this law pass yet? If yes, then will my uncle have to amend the I-864.
5)Is is smart to hire a lawyer at this stage, or it there isn\'t any need for it as it\'s a smiple process.
