Nope its not a mistake..

I know about a Feb\'02 approval in EB-1 category. These are special cases. Most of us do not qualify for these. Example of a special case is where applicant has a dependent child fast approaching 21. INS treats them as ageing out case. Because once your child crosses 21 he can no longer be deemed as your dependent. Applicant has to request INS that ageing out process by showing them that their dependent is crossing 21 years of age limit. So its possible but only in special cases.
