Unbelievable senerio!!

VSC is now processing later September I140 applications, which means it only now takes one month to have I140 approved.
(It used to be 7 months just a while ago!!) On the other hand, it takes more than two months to get I1485 receipts!!!!

Unfortunately, I do not think senetors have any interest in this stuff now. So it does not make sense to contact them.

That\'s why

That\'s why this group of people (140 09/00-05/00; 485 07/00-) is unlucky: people just behind them are much faster in every stage of the whole process. We just keep our fingers cross to hope it will be smooth if not as quick as others for the rest of the GC process.
