Unbelievable My I140 approved in short time

Dear Friends,

Just now I received an email stating that my I140 has been approved,the approval time is a record, looking at the Nebraska standard , i.e in 38 days .Here are my data

Labor PD: July 16, 2004
EB2

I140/I485/EAD/AP: RD: April 1, 2005
I140/I485/EAD/AP: ND: April 4, 2005

EAD, AP Approval Date: May 2, 2005
I140 AD: May 12, 2005
I485 ?

I have one question. After approval of EAD how many days it took to get the physical card.
I think you can expect you 485 in next 9 to 12 months……

FastTrackGC , I got my EAD card in 5 days

You got approval so fast,b'coz yr priority date is 16th'July,which is my B'day.. :D
So i am sure u will get yr 485 approval soon...too...

FastTrack - pardon my ignorance,but why do u say that it will take 9-12 months to get his I-485 approved? from what i have read in the forum as of now, the current trends show that after a I-140 approval, one get his/her 485 approved within the same week or at least within a month or two at the max..can u elaborate on this?

What is your labor prority date? Did your do your finger printing yet? If yes, when did you do and was it Biometrics Code 3?

To Puhrince,
I could have said he will get I 485 in the month when his finger print would have been done. But I till now I do know see KrishsurGC that he had mention about that. After finger print there is name check and other thing with take some time. 9 month can reduce take 6 month but it will ever be done within 1 week to 1 month.

Hi FastTrackGC,

I forgot to mention about my FP during my last posting,I actually completed FP on April 28, 2005.There were two LUD changes observed against my I485 since FP.

My labor PD is July 16 , 2004. I have completed my FP on April 28, 2005.My biometric code was 3.

Hello,

Did your 485 LUD change on the date of your 140 approval? My 140 was approved on 05/16/05 (RD 03/04/05) and my 485 LUD changed both on the date of 140 approval and a day after it. I am trying to find out if that could mean USCIS is also on my 485 case.

Hello,

My I140 also approved on 05/11/2005. But there was no LUD change against I485.

Only LUD change on my I485 was on the day of FP. But there was no change in the case description though.

Is it normal for every one???
