My 10th year H1 is valid thrul 12/30/2006. Three months ago I got my 140 approved. I believe I am eligible for 3 year H1 extension.
I heard that, if I request for 3 year H1 extension instead of 1 year increments, I may get it but it is going to be my final H1 extension (no more renewals allowed thereafter). Is this true? Hope my EB3 PD (for India) will come current within 3 years - what will happen if it doesn't?
