Today i received a phone call from one of my friend who has a case like mine GC----> mariage to a GC holder he applies for the whole package back in febuary 2005 and today after having sent a RFE for more then 20 days he got his i-485 approuved without interview . This is like a miracle or probably another mistake from USCIS at the NBC . I know another one that had the same thing happened but filed in december 2004 and received that same RFE and after some month got her case for i-485 approuve . This is no joke there are something going on in NYC .... makes two people with the same situation . The second one received the card in the mail and the first is just waiting for it . Any one in this forum from NYC with same experience ?
