I message you earlier about my case.
My 485 got approved on 8/23 and I got my green card in mail on 10/10.
My 140 is still pending online and I didnt receive approval notice in mail as well for 140.
What do you think I should do? My friend asked me to keep quiet and be happy with the card but I am still worried. My lawyer said she never heard of this case before. Have you heard anything strange like this?
Will they issue 485 approval and even issue the card already without 140 approved?? Dont they have the LC file and 140 file in hand before reviewing 485?
Do you think this kind of big mistake can happen? Let me know your thought. Thank you very much.
