UN and other GURUS, PLEASE HELP..GOT RFE

My lawyer just called me and told me that I've RFE on my I-140. My LUD did not change recenlty and message is still standard...90...485 days
Here is the details about what they're asking:

1) They are requesting the original Labor Certification - If we don't have,
they want to know why.
2) Want to make sure Candiadte has two years exp before August 29, 2002
3) Want employment reference letters

About 1) My company does not have original Labor Certi---How to best reply for this --- Basically I do not want to take any chance and get denied.

2) Will my resume and employment letter from the company would be enough?
I had already submitted this with the original application so I do not know why they want the same thing again.
3) I had also provided with the application---I do not know why they need it again...

I would appreciate any help I can get.

I did use a lawyer and he thinks it's a standard request. But I do not want to take any chance. My company has misplaced original Labor Cert. and I'm looking to provide some logical explanation so it gets approved fast. If you've any info. please let me know.

I am stuck in the same situation.My case was with Substituted labor.The Original is lost.

We got an RFE and the Lawyer replied that we have applied with a Photo copy that we received from DOL(The communication with DOL was sent with the RFE Reply).It will be two months soon since we replied to the RFE

Fortunately the Original Labor was never used for filing the I-140 as the original benifiary got fired before the filing processwas initiated.The USCIS had acknowladged when they sent the RFE that they checked at the VSC and found no I-140 applied with the Labor Certificate.

Would the USCIS still carry out this interim step of checking if I-140 was applied at the other service centers? I understand its a 6 week process for the once the DOL to respond once they get the request from USCIS for a certified copy.

What can i do to ensure that the USCIS sernds the request to DOL ASAP?

My Lawyer has given a draft. UN, if you do not mind, can I send you via privat email and you've a look and suggest anything which might help.
