Hi All ,
My wife lost her job about few months before we got the I485 approval. Now that our 485 has been approved , Could you please let us know if she can claim unemployement benefit.

You can only claim unemployment benefit if your wife worked at least 6months in last 18months. Otherwise you can\'t claim

someone posted a message saying that they got REF for not claiming unemplyment benifits with EAD. So that means u can claim?
