Has Any one been in this situation and went to India Through UK London (BA).
I have a Expired H-1 B (and Valid approval) and have to change flights in London.
But In September I re-entered USA as my Visa was valid then from Mexico. So in the UK Transit Visa requirement it states
Passengers exempt from the DATV requirement
c) A valid airline ticket for travel via the United Kingdom as part of a journey from Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America to another country or territory, provided that the transit passenger does not seek to transit the United Kingdom on a date more than six months from the date on which he last entered Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America with a valid visa for entry to that country;
What I understand from this is if I re-entered USA in the last six months with a valid US Visa then I will not need a DATV
Anybody has traveled in the same situation and had any problem?
