My sister is moving to orlando sometime in the first part of 2005 with her `fiancee - soon to be husband'.

This is just a crazy thought....but if i found some kind of job could i stay? even if its some rubbish job i wouldnt mind (but would the emmigration people mind?)...just thinking about possible options coz im not sure what visa options would be if i found something.

i just would love to move!! i would clear about £30 grand from sale of house. I'm a hard worker but i do not have a trade or qualifications to present, so i assume that (if like canada) you have to have a skilled profession then im stuffed.

I would work at almost any job if it meant living there. I realise you can stay for 6months as visitor...but this would seriously cut into money i dont have and i would be eager to work to get some money in.

dont know if its relevant but the reason my sister is going is because her soon to be husband has been offered a job as a pretty well regarded sports psychologist. any sponser ideas there?

opinions and advice welcome :)

well you should get hold of the list from both countries and I am sure you will find so many categories in which you can apply...if you have some kind of certificate that would work...degree is not must....good luck....

What "list from both countries" are you talking about??? Assuming that you are from Canada (with such a handle), there is no list like the one for TN...
And, industry certificates don't work. A degree comparable to a US bachelor degree or 3 years of relevant experience in the field for each year missing towards a degree is required for an H1.

well you are talking from the knowledge you have. But I know more than that. there is a big list if you want to migrate to canada and same in USA...there are so many fields you dont need degree....you can apply for green card without degree....they need all type of work force....please update your knowledge outside of computer/IT field.
