Uegent Help on E-filing

I encouter the same problem as Texas_NIW did on Question 6 of previous petition record. whatever I typed in SRC*********, gives a error. Please advise if you had such experiences before! In addition, I tried on three different computer, all led to the same thing.

Soory, I haven't e-filed, but until someone more knowledgeable comes along, just a suggestion. There should be a number that you could call to get help regarding e-filing, have you tried calling them?

If you type the SRC** or LIN*** number in both the boxes of question 6, it accepts. It worked for me. You can try that.
