I am currently student of an american university in the UK. I was previously a student in the US but I fell out of status and my reinstatement was denied therefore I had to go home to get a new visa. My visa application was denied because they said I had an arrest record. Yes, I was arrested, but the charges were dismissed because I am innocent and did not commit the crime. But anyways, right now I am in the UK with a 5year student visa that expires in 2010. I am planning to go and visit my siblings in the US because they are all currently going to school in the U.S. If I applied for a U.S. visiting visa from here in London, what are my chances of receiving it since I am currently enrolled at a university here and I am already registered for next semester and I have paid a non-refundable deposit,which is required by my school, to my school. I need advice on how to handle it and what my chances are of being issued a visiting visa.
