i have green card and this is my 5th year and i'm wonder how long does it takes to become citizen, after you apply for it?

It depends on your local office (where you are assigned to).
Check up on processing times for N400 at the USCIS site.
It's supposed to take on average 6 months, but FBI name checks
can increase this to years in the worst case.
 
I belive is just luck. Some people apply and in less than 3 months are citizens. Others have to wait for years.

In my case I applied in April and I am still waiting for my interview letter. Belive me the waiting process is driving me crazy.

I'm not sure I'd describe being stuck in namecheck as just luck - maybe luck of the bad variety, I suppose.

USCIS statistics suggest 90% of people run through the natz process with no problem, so the odds are heavily stacked in your favor. Typical processing times for straight-forward cases vary, but 3-5 months seems average.
