If a U.S Citizen Mother petitioned her unmarried son over 21 back in 2005 but the son overstayed his visa and he still live in the U.S will he be able to adjust his case in the U.S when the priority date became current?
Anybody went through this process? did it work or the USCIS denied the application because the person overstayed his visa?
