2 questions:

1) If a natural born U.S citizen is married to an E.U citizen, will she lose her u.s citizenship if she aquired the e.u citizenship?

2) if I'm ordered to be removed from the U.S, how soon can I apply to come back to the U.S based on marriage to a U.S citizen?

1. No.
2. Depends on the reasons and circumstances of your removal. Could be anywhere from a short time to a lifetime.

Jackolantern,

Please refer to my post" green card after divorce, complications with N-400". I would really love to hear your input. In case you are unable to view it, here's a run down about my case:

I acuired a 10 year green card after I got divorced. USCIS never said anyting about it, and I thought that it was not a problem since I was married to my wife for over 3 years. Anyhow, this issue came up after I applied for citizenship, and the officer told me that I more likely wil have to appear before an immigration judge. Will you please tell me what could be the worst/best case scenario in anwering question 2?

Thanks
