My Labor was filed and approved under EB-2 Category. The Labor required 2 Years of Work experiance. I have the work experiance needed, but notice that they have a typo in the name of the former employer (Missing one letter in the name). I have all payslips and experience letter.
Do I need to have my lawyer submit a clarification during I-140 stage?
I am hoping to file in Premium processing. Anybody have info about similar cases?
