I am currently working with the company that has applied for my GC. It has been more than 8 months, since I have filled for I-485. My I-140 is approved and I have also EAD and AP.
Currently my company is not doing, in fact there is no business and office is closed, but the company exists on paper. I have talk to my company president and he said that, if I get any RFE they will be willing to provide me every document that I need to response to RFE.
My questions are:
What types of RFEs the NSC sends?
Do they ask for company financial status and any other details? OR just the Employment Letter and Pay Stubs.
Should I change my company to be on safe side?
