My sponsor is not helping me, please help!
my sponsor want me to provide him with every information before he acts.

What kind/ type of affidavit is meant for DV immigrants?

I want to know the whole procedure for acquiring and finishing the affidavit of support form so that I can tell him.

If he starts, how long will it take him to finish?

Your sponsor will need to complete the form I-134. I've simplify the filling of the form here. In addition to the forms you will need your sponsor's previous 3 years of either;
1. Copies of Tax Returns or
2. Transcripts of Tax Returns (your sponsor can get free copies of this by completing this form http://usgovinfo.about.com/gi/o.htm?...pdf/f4506t.pdf) and sending it to the appropriate address specified on the form.
