I was given a K1 visa before and we suppose to get married my fiance but when I found out I was pregnant I flew back to my home country.now my problem is his Dad planning to bring him there without me[becoz my visa is already expired]so my son can travel without me?He is 6 mons old only.so if Im planning to apply again what type is it?pls I need answer.
