My Case was trasferred to TX DOL on JUL-23-2001 in EB2-REGULAR. If anyone has experiences how much time it will take( rough estimate). Pl share.

My case is in NY dol NON RIR EB3 . recieved on 23rd August in ny dol.
Looks liek ur case has gone into detail review. You must have recieved some advertisment in response to your adv. The SESA has its own guideline which i m not sure off. I think you have a long wait in front of you. The Dallas DOL is processing cases received in March 2000. Pray and hope for the best.
