Two weeks after RFE AVM update, still pending. Any one in the same boat?

For 3 W-2 and 4 pay stubs. Replied on May 30 and Updated on August 10.

Saw some updated later than mine got approved, why am I still waiting?

RFE for the same stuff as yours. AVM updated on 7/24. A month has passed. Still waiting.

lu51, have you tried to call IIO?

I read a post saying that if one month passed since the AVM update,
we can call IIO and they may send some inquiry to their supervisor.

Is that correct?

And my wife\'s case was updated in July 17. I guess hers cannot be
approved without the approval of mine.

AVM update

The AVM was updated on August 14 in my case. My lawyer was told to call back in one month if they dont hear anything. So I guess INS will have some update in my case in a month but u never know. Until then all we can do is wait and pray.

My RFE updated on July 5

I had an RFE about a company name change and the AVM was updated on July 5.

I\'m still waiting. My lawyer is going to CSC next week and he\'ll enquire about my case, I hope it will be approved after that.
