I am waiting for GC and at this time If I married a us citizen ,what
steps should i follow to get my GC sooner.

2nd Q is I have a good income job and if I want to invite my mom to the us . Is my status right now allows me to do so?

Thanks

You did not mention when you were granted asylum. If you were granted asylum short time ago, it is much faster to marry that woman. It will only take you less than a year to get your Green card if you married an american woman. As for your mother, she can apply for a visa and her chance will be higher if she does not mention that you live here! Otherwise, the guys at her consulate will think she will come to america with the intention of overstaying.

Since there is not quota for spouses for citizens, the only wait is the time it takes the INS to process your paperwork. In some small cities, it takes only a few weeks. File a joint I-130/I-485 (and the standard attachments) with the local office, not the service center.

I would strongly advise people to provide true information on visa applications. It is a federal crime not do.
