Two Questons.

To begin

    Thanks folks ..this board is a great help

 1) My I-485 has been with the officer from Dec 2 or so......I called the
    INS last week and she said "We are processing May 99 and so may be
    looking at 9 months" my SRC is SRC-00-105-XXXXX,EB2,RD Feb 2000
    Is there any truth to this??????

 2) I filed for my second EAD on Dec 13th...I have not yet received a
    receipt??

My I 485 is with INS from 16th Feb \'00....EB2, India, FP done in May. Still waiting. It\'s time for me too to apply for 2nd EAD !!
