I am filling the I-130 form for my parents immigration represent my brother who is a US citizen. I have two questions:

1: My brother currently lives in Europe, should he use his address in Europe or my address in US? If he uses his address, I am afraid USCIS won't send document aboard.

2: The lawyer said my brother need provide the copy of his tax form to show his annual income but I-130 doesn't mention anything about that. Does my brother still need attach a copy of his family tax income?

Thank you very much!

He needs to show his US address.

This is for the affidavit of support, not for I-130. The sponsor should be domiciled in the US to be eligible to sponsor someone for a GC. Your brother being away from the US wont help
