1. You better off to fill it(I94) on the plane, they have them before the Immigration check point too but why loose time, they going to send you for secondary check and only that sometimes is too longHhemc said:Guys,
I am leaving tomorrow for Ireland and I have a couple of questions .
1. Do I need to fill out the form I-94 in the plane or I'ill get it in the airport?
2. Sould I take with me Asylum grant letter?
Thanks
When I was asylee and came back from Canada, the immigration officer gave me this smirk look and said you have to provide anything tht was given to you from the INS. Therefore, bring everything you received from the INS - your RTD, decision letter, I-94, etc. Enjoy your trip and do not drink so much beer there; know it is niceHhemc said:Guys,

asyleeee said:Actually, US immigration process is completed in Shannon airport in Ireland. You will notice that all flights to the States have to go through Shannon.
So... after you leave Dublin for example, the plane will land in Shannon and you will go through "American" immigration... board again... and just walk to the street when you land in the US port of entry.
Good luck and have a safe trip. Ireland is a beautiful country, especially this time of the year...

They asked me questions and was told that everything was being recorded. Good thing Air Canada was understanding and put me in the next flight. Suggestion to everyone traveling with an RTD from places where U.S Immigration is cleared abroad: Go way ahead of time, at least 3 hours and be ready for an "interview"

Is U.S Immigration is cleared in Montreal?
