Two questions about PP stamping

I had taken infopass appointment for myself at SFO office. In the meantime
I got approval for my wife too. Do I need to take separate appointment for
her or can we go together for stamping on my appointment date ?

I read somewhere on this forum that there is a new specification for ADIT
photos. But on my approval notice, the photographs required are in the
same old style. Can someone please confirm what is the photo specification ?
